Mandalas are the Meditation Arts practiced by the ancients. We follow some of them and create our own mandalas. We practice formal and informal techniques of meditation during the workshop. We commune in our superconsicous mind with our spiritual family and bring our sacred images to life, through drawing, painting, sculpting and collage.
